- I chose to work at MY ADSS because I saw how professional the company was and how the whole team were very polite, respectful and had magnificent manners.

What is your role and why did you pursue this role?
- My role at MY ADSS is a Disability Support Worker. I pursed this role because I have always loved helping out other people in any way I can.
What impact does your role have on the participants?
- My role as a Disability Support Worker has a lot of impact on the participants because it really does help them out to have someone taking care of them especially participants with mental disability that are usually alone and my role would be to obviously talk to them and get them to feel that hope is still around and that there is someone with them and their never alone.
What makes you good at your role?
- Having a good heart.
- Communication skills.
- Knowing multiple languages.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
- In 10 years’, time, I see my self possibly opening up my own company.

- My favourite sports are basketball and soccer.
What or who inspires you?
- My clients have an extremely big impact on inspiring me because all of them still have heaps of hope and faith regardless of their disability which really does inspire me.

- My childhood heroes were Batman & Spiderman.
