Why did you choose to work at My Adss?

I love management and I love serving people, so I was looking for an opportunity to start my career in Australia in administration and I came to know about My Adss. It offered me a position in administration which matched my qualification and interests. I was happy to be able to work on what I like while serving our clients directly or indirectly.

Achievements:

– Worked on Special Relief project after the massive earthquake in Nepal in 2015.

– Was offered a promotion when I resigned from one of my previous work.

I got promoted to an executive assistant within the first month.

I have helped set up the office, coordinate the team and help them with their day – to – day tasks and support everyone so they can provide the most effective care possible.

What is your role and Why did you pursue this role?

I am an Administrator for My ADSS. I am pursuing this role because I love management and I love serving people, so I was looking for an opportunity to start my career in Australia in administration and I came to know about My Adss. It offered me a position in administration which matched my qualification and interests. I was happy to be able to work on what I like while serving our clients directly or indirectly.

What impact does your role have on the participants?

I coordinate the aspects of financial processes related to participants’ packages with NDIS. I take care of the administrative tasks for the participants.

What makes you good at your role?

My communication, administrative, accounting skills and learning attitude makes me good at my role.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself being a leader in 10 years’ time. Most probably a business owner. I also want to become a part time trainer.

Travelling, Hiking, spending times with family and friends.

A kind and thankful heart inspires me. A Hardworking person, no matter how big or small can inspire me as well.

I cannot remember having a childhood hero.

I love cooking, watching movies, socialising with friends and families.

My secret skill is i am a certified makeup artist.
